Eligibility:

Sweepstakes is offered only within the 50 United States. Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. How to Enter:

Sweepstakes Details:

You may enter only once. Duplicate entries will be deleted. One winner will be selected to win the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to Paris, France. The prize includes: hotel accommodations for six nights (6) and seven days (7), two (2) pieces of Tuxedo J22DSX luggage from Andiamo and round trip airfare for two from anywhere in the 50 United States to Paris, France. Trip must be redeemed through SkyAuction and is valid from July 1, 2000 thru April 31, 2001. The prize is based on availability of both air reservations and hotel. The winner is responsible for all meals, activities and any other expenses. The total value of the Grand Prize depends on the prize winner's location and trip dates but will be approximately $3,100.00 for the airfare and six (6) nights' hotel accommodations and $1,058.00 for the luggage, for a total value of approximately $4,158.00. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and cannot be redeemed for cash, bartered or sold. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 7 days of notification.

Selection of Winner:

Winner will be selected from all eligible entries at random. The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or mail. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final.
