Nothing Personal
Han, not solo

March 7, 2002  |  If you thought that whole Harrison Ford-Minnie Driver thing was weird, check this: Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart.

After the Golden Globes, where the two reportedly kept each other company, Harrison was heard to comment that Flockhart was "a beautiful girl."

And while the actor's rep insists that his client and the superslender TV star are just "friends," gapers who saw them on a recent stroll together down New York's Madison Avenue contend they saw evidence of something more.

"They seemed like any other pair in love," one witness to the walk, which was caught on film, told the London Mirror. "Harrison and Calista were laughing and joking with one another and were pretty oblivious to everyone else around them."

Cue the "Ally McBeal" theme song: We've been down this road before ...

I am the Weakest Link. Goodbye!

"Sonja used all the same lines as Anne and even had the same hairstyle, but she was also much better looking, and it seems that Anne Robinson and sex appeal just don't go together."

Buy an oldster a beer

Attention, Goldie Hawn, the American public would like to know how old you really are. No, it's not enough for you to say you're 56. They'd like to see some I.D., please.

Stop smirking, Dick Clark. They'd like to see yours, too.

A recent survey conducted by the Anheuser-Busch company indicates that Hawn and Clark are among the celebrities Americans would most like to card in order to see their real age.

Adults surveyed by the beer giant would also be curious to card Barbara Walters, Joan Rivers and George Hamilton.

Though that still wouldn't shed much light on where the latter got his perpetual tan.

Juicy bits

Ding! A last-minute addition to Fox's "Celebrity Boxing" lineup: Todd Bridges, late of "Diff'rent Strokes" fame, and ... Vanilla Ice. Well, they're not quite Barry "Greg Brady" Williams and Danny "Danny Partridge" Bonaduce or Tonya Harding and Paula Jones, but as long as they come out swingin' ...

Oh, Rickeeeeee! Lucille Ball's childhood home, in upstate New York, is available for purchase -- again -- on eBay. The first time eBay listed the two-story Chautauqua County home, in which the red-headed comedienne lived for much of her childhood, it failed to reach its minimum asking price. The current asking price is $98,500. The house has aluminum siding, natural original woodwork and a vintage upstairs bathroom, but, alas, no closet full of Vitameatavegamin.
