What do you do when you're mad?

For each question, respondents chose among "not too likely" (1 point), "somewhat likely" (2 points) and "very likely" (3 points).

When really angry or annoyed do you:

Those with high scores on questions 1-3 are categorized as "Anger/In"

Those with high scores on questions 4 and 5 exhibit "Anger Discussion" (the "healthier alternative")

Those with high scores on questions 6 and 7 are categorized as "Anger/Out"

Those with high scores on questions 8-12 have strong "Anger Symptoms" (exhibit signs of unhealthy anger management).
