On a new episode of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), Bartlet questions a new White House counsel (Oliver Platt) about the possible criminal implications of his keeping his medical condition a secret from voters. On Once and Again (10 p.m., ABC), plans for the Sammlers and the Mannings to consolidate households are complicated by the volatile Carla and her effect on Eli. On That's My Bush! (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central), a psychic's ominous prediction prompts George to ban all guns, which earns him a visit from a peeved "Charlton Heston."
