The Michael Richards Show (8 p.m., NBC) has been canceled, but NBC is leaving it on the air for two more weeks, just to make us suffer. Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos is the subject of a new Biography (8 p.m., A&E) titled "Boy Billionaire." Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the first full episode featuring Dawn as Buffy's sister out of nowhere. Watch it and look for clues. On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), the doc is feeling Grinchy when he has to co-host the Seattle Christmas parade with his rival advice giver, beloved Dr. Mary (Kim Coles). Maxine is depressed over the death of the family pet on Judging Amy (10 p.m., CBS). Lily has to play peacemaker to her squabbling co-workers and her squabbling kids on Once & Again (10 p.m., ABC).

VH1 and "Entertainment Tonight" join forces to count down the Greatest Rock & Roll TV Moments 2000 (10 p.m., VH1). Since when do Britney Spears, Ricky Martin, Faith Hill and 'N Sync count as rock 'n' roll?
