Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos is the subject of a new Biography (8 p.m., A&E) titled "Boy Billionaire." Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the first full episode featuring Dawn as Buffy's sister out of nowhere. Watch it and look for clues. On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), the doc is feeling Grinchy when he has to co-host the Seattle Christmas parade with his rival advice giver, beloved Dr. Mary (Kim Coles). Maxine is depressed over the death of the family pet on Judging Amy (10 p.m., CBS). Lily has to play peacemaker to her squabbling co-workers and her squabbling kids on Once & Again (10 p.m., ABC).
