Series

On Now and Again (9 p.m. Fri., CBS), Theo is offered a job in illegal human organ trafficking. But how are the medical benefits? On Making the Band (9:30 p.m. Fri., ABC), the eight O-Town semi-finalists continue their grueling rehearsals, but homesickness is making someone very grumpy. D.C. (8 p.m. Sun., WB), a new drama series from "Law & Order" producer Dick Wolf, follows the adventures of five pretty WB-types working in Washington. Sort of like "The West Wing," performed as a senior class play. Mulder investigates evil in a picture perfect Vermont town on a new episode of The X-Files (9 p.m. Sun., Fox). On the next-to-last episode of The Sopranos (9 p.m. Sun., HBO) (this season flew by), Tony throws an engagement party for lovebirds Richie and Janice, while privately making plans of another sort for the groom-to-be. The Brothers Gallagher are profiled on the long-awaited Oasis episode of Behind the Music (9 p.m. Sun., VH1). The Section babysits an unsettling little boy with telekinetic powers on La Femme Nikita (10 p.m. Sun., USA).

Specials

Live by Request: Trisha Yearwood (9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT, Sat., A&E) finds the country star playing favorites, as called in by viewers. Bob Hoskins has the title role in the new cable movie Noriega: God's Favorite (8 p.m. Sun., Showtime), a satirical imagining of the career of the onetime Panamanian dictator. Roger Spottiswoode ("Under Fire") directs. The 1997 instant camp-classic Anaconda (9 p.m. Sun., NBC) stars Eric Stoltz, Jennifer Lopez and Jon Voight as potential snack food for a colossal, people-eating, Amazon River snake.
