Last week's episode, "Hush," was the first great episode this season. Joss Whedon's sneaky answer to "Scream" brought the series back into audacious form with genuinely scary voice-stealing demons, nearly a half-hour of silent-movie action and, perhaps, the beginning of a college lesbian experience for Willow. Hopefully, "Buffy" is back. Nova (check local times, PBS) presents "Electric Heart," a look at progress in artificial heart technology since the first device was implanted 30 years ago. Grace uses Will as bait to land an important (and gay) client on a rerun of Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC). Angel (9 p.m., WB) reruns the one about the spooky doctor who stalks a woman by detaching his eyes and hands and psychically sending them after her. Sports Night (9:30 p.m., ABC) is one of the few shows not airing a rerun tonight. Dana's football jock brother has been busted for using steroids; Secret Santa time has the staff in a panic. On a new episode of Once and Again (10 p.m., ABC), Lily tries to sort out her feelings for Jake and Rick and decide whether she really wants to end her marriage. - - - - - - - - - - - - Specials The documentary Radio City: The Story Behind the Showplace (8 p.m. EST/10 PST, American Movie Classics) chronicles the history of the legendary New York theater. Lauren Bacall hosts. - - - - - - - - - - - - Sports Basketball:
