Tonight, if you're in the mood for sugary reality fluff, you're in luck! Matt gives out his final rose on the season finale of "The Bachelor: London Calling" (10 p.m. EDT on ABC), Lauren runs into more trouble on the season finale of "The Hills" (10 p.m. on MTV), and the muscular behemoths return on the season premiere of "American Gladiators" (8 p.m. on NBC). So many empty calories of reality TV to watch, so little time!

Also…

Katharine Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart star in "The African Queen" (6 p.m. EDT on TCM); then the season finale of "Medium" airs at 9 p.m. on NBC, while a repeat of "FDR" on "American Experience" (9 p.m. on PBS, check listings) examines Roosevelt's early childhood and marriage. The four-part documentary "Sex: The Revolution" (10 p.m. on VH1) begins with a profile of sexuality in the '50s.
