Wednesday: The "Top Chef" cheftestants cater a whopping wedding. Plus: What did you think of "Escape From Suburbia" on Tuesday?

Top Chef

Bravo

There's sure to be love in the air and sweat on the foreheads tonight on "Top Chef" (10 p.m. EDT on Bravo) when the cheftestants are asked to cater a wedding with 200 guests. Of course imaginative cheftestant Richard will dream up a magnificent appetizer and talented cheftestant Dale will create an inventive entree, but what will twin lunatics Spike and Andrew do? If there's a God, those two will be in charge of carving the 6-foot-tall ice swan using only a box of matches and a set of cheap steak knives.

"Gladiator" airs at 8 p.m. EDT on HBO, while the new series "Secrets of the Dead" premieres (8 p.m. on PBS, check listings) with a story about East Germany's history of doping female athletes, followed by an "American Masters" (9 p.m. on PBS, check listings) profile of Marvin Gaye. Then on "Audition: Barbara Walters' Journey" (10 p.m. on ABC), the first lady of teary interviews gives her own (teary?) interview about writing her memoirs.
