American Michael Weiss, Canadian Elvis Stojko and Russian Alexei Yagudin are among the contenders for the men's title in the World Figure Skating Championships (9 p.m., ABC), from Helsinki. PBS reruns A Taste of Passover (check local times, PBS), a holiday music and recipe special hosted by Theodore Bikel. Another People of the Century (10 p.m., CBS) special looks back at the major scientific figures of the past 100 years, including Albert Einstein, Louis Leakey, Francis Crick and James Watson.

Caring for an abandoned baby puts Jesse and Diego in a family mood on Jesse (8:30 p.m., NBC). The boys throw a fancy dinner party to try to get Niles back into his old apartment on Frasier (9 p.m., NBC). Fox Files (9 p.m., Fox) has a "Where Are They Now?" segment on former porn stars. On a new ER (10 p.m., NBC), Jeanie blames Al for giving her hepatitis C, Carter makes a wrong move during a riot and the staff is wowed by a professional wrestler who's being treated for a ring injury.
