King of the Hill (8 p.m., Fox) moves to its new day and time with back-to-back reruns. The first episode is the one where Hank's new fish bait gets him in trouble with the feds. In the second episode (8:30), a tornado bears down on Arlen, just as Louanne has finished remodeling her new trailer. No more "King" on Sundays; this is going to take some getting used to. On a rerun of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB), Buffy has her first meeting with Spike. Fox has outdone itself with the new series Guinness World Records (9 p.m., Fox). Wanna see the world's largest tumor ever removed from a human body? This is the place. In the first of two Frasier reruns (9 p.m., NBC), Niles finally gets Daphne alone in his apartment. Followed (at 9:30) by the one where Roz learns that really big noses are a genetic trait in the family of her baby's father. Viva Variety (10 p.m., Comedy Central) begins a new season with a one-hour episode from Las Vegas. Guests include David Cassidy, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Rip Taylor and Jack Jones. War movies are the subject of this week's AFI's 100 Years, 100 Movies (10 p.m., TNT). P.O.V.
