James Taylor

James Taylor and Carly Simon were married on Nov. 3, 1972. Their union, which lasted until 1981, produced the hit duets "Mockingbird" and "Shower the People," as well as two children, Ben (now 18) and Sally (now 21). Before his marriage to Simon, Taylor had a high-profile romance with Joni Mitchell; he's the subject of many of the songs on her albums "Blue" (1971) and "For the Roses" (1972), while she sings on his 1971 album "Mud Slide Slim and the Blue Horizon."
